the spatial, environmental, climatic and requirments / considerations are fundamental to the desogn proposal.

the project is on a plot area of 11 Ha located adjacent to AL khor zoo park, which is a 15 minute drive from al khor town center
the rectangular shaped site is approximately 11 hectares in size ( 275m * 400m)
